Assembly manual for HPE fittings (D20-110)

ASSEMBLY MANUAL
For HPE fittings from 20 to 110 mm diameter with PN 10 and PN16

1. picture A: Nut; B: Split collet; C: Spacer; D: Seal; E: Body	2. picture The nut and the split collet have to be pulled up to the end of the pipe. The spacer and the seal stay on their original position.
3. picture Insert the pipe into the fitting. Make sure about that the pipe crossed the spacer.	4. picture Pull back the split collet to its original position
5. picture Pull back the hut and completely coil it up to the fitting	6. picture Assembled HPE fitting

IMPORTANT:

The end of the pipe has to be rounded and cleaned from chip
From 20 to 32 mm diameter it is enough if the nut is pulled by hand
Above 40 mm diameter some kind of wrench or tool has to be used in order to reach the perfect bonding. (At D40 - 25 Nm, D50 - 30 Nm, D63 - 35 Nm, D75 - 40 Nm, D90-110 - 50 Nm torque has to be used to pull the cap)
If the nut is not fixed completely, there can be dripping or flowing at the spacer or the pressure can fire the pipe from the fitting
The threaded end of the HPE fitting has to be coiled with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape or braid
The threaded end of HPE fitting has to be coiled in completely (useful thread lenght)
