ASSEMBLY MANUAL
For HPE fittings from 20 to 32 mm diameter with PN10 and PN16

Limber up the nut, but do not remove it completely

Insert the pipe into the fitting. Make sure about the pipe crossed the spacer.

IMPORTANT:

  • The end of the pipe has to be rounded and cleaned from chip
  • From 20 to 32 diameter it is enough if the nut is pulled by hand
  • If the nut is not fixed completely, there can be dripping or flowing at the spacer, or the pressure can fire the pipe from the fitting
  • The threaded end of the HPE fitting has to be covered with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) braid or tape
  • The threaded end of HPE fitting has to be coiled in completely (useful thread lenght)
