We hereby inform you, products of Poliext Csövek Kft. for building-engineering suit the technological regulations, compliance list, as well as the regulations of domestic release.

The regulations of the responsible Hungarian ministries:

"3/2003. (I. 25.) BM-GKM-KvVM együttes rendelet vonatkozó előírása

• 3. § (1) Forgalomba hozni (továbbforgalmazni) vagy beépíteni csak megfelelőség igazolással rendelkező, építési célra alkalmas építési terméket szabad.
• 9. § (1) A szállító feladata a termékre előírt megfelelőség igazolási eljárás lefolytatása, valamint az eljárás eredményeként kiállított megfelelőség igazolásnak (megfelelőségi tanúsítvány vagy szállítói megfelelőségi nyilatkozat) a termékhez való csatolása."

In case of products, which is designed to relay water for human consumption, the variant of necessary certification is the Certificate of Compliance.

Certified product groups:

• PE80 and PE100 class polyethylene pipes DN/OD 16-225 mm
  Number of certificate: 138-CPD-37-(C-44/2010)
• Fittings idom DN/ID 20-75 mm PN16
  Number of certificate: 138-CPD-38-(C-45/2010)

We are the first company in Hungary, who acquired these certifications for the above-mentioned products.

We are drawing Supplier's Declaration of Conformity for our partners for each shipment, and we are also enclosing a copy of the certification. Furthermore in case of resale we would like to ask to forward one further copy of the document.
